1. Unreasonable use of hydraulic oil. There are many hydraulic components on construction machinery, and enough hydraulic oil is needed. When the hydraulic oil of the pile driver needs to be replaced due to the deterioration of performance due to long-term use, some people mistakenly believe that only the oil in the hydraulic tank should be drained and filled with new hydraulic oil. However, a large amount of old hydraulic oil still remains in the hydraulic oil pipes and hydraulic control valves at this time. During the construction of the pile driver, the mixed use of new and old oil will accelerate the aging of the new oil.

2. The warm-up started to be unreasonable. In order to save time, some pile driver operators will use an abnormal start method without water (start first, then add cooling water). This method will seriously damage the machine and should be prohibited from use. The correct preheating method is: first cover the thermal insulation quilt on the water tank, open the drain valve, and then continuously pour clean and soft water at 60-70°C into the water tank. When the water flowing from the drain valve feels hot, close the drain valve. Fill the water tank with clean and soft water at 90-100°C and shake the crankshaft to properly pre-lubricate all moving parts before starting operation.

3. The selection of hydraulic components is unreasonable. The specifications of the boom cylinder are 70/40 non-standard series, and the seals are also non-standard. The manufacturing cost is high and the replacement of the seal is inconvenient. The small cylinder diameter of the boom cylinder will inevitably make the system set pressure higher.

4. Steel sheet pile machine manufacturer: The hydraulic system is unreasonably designed. The control valve and full hydraulic steering gear of the pile driver are connected in series with a single pump. The set pressure of the safety valve is 16MPA, and the rated working pressure of the hydraulic pump is also 16MPA. Hydraulic pumps usually work under full load or long-term overload (high pressure), and the system is subjected to hydraulic shocks and the hydraulic oil is contaminated, which intensifies the wear of the hydraulic pump and causes the pump casing to rupture.
